CatchingLives are seeking to employ a Mentoring Co-ordinator to assist the General Manager in setting up and delivery of a mentoring project. This is a varied, challenging and rewarding job that involves working with volunteer mentors to support people moving from homelessness into accommodation. The ideal applicant should be organised and have a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
The post also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of the issues that affect homelessness. However, we are willing to consider applicants with little or no experience if they can demonstrate the motivation and initiative that this role requires. The post is subject to Enhanced DBS checks as the successful applicant will have some contact with our clients, some of whom have complex support needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to start at the beginning of September.
How to apply
To apply, contact email@example.com for a copy of the role description. On receiving and reading this you should submit a CV and covering letter (which should set out, in detail, why you should be shortlisted for interview) to the same email address.
