Below is an update on what kinds of donations we are currently able to accept Much of this is limited by available storage space at our centre, which is now lower than it previously was due to changes we’ve made inside that were needed to make sure everyone using the centre will be safe.
We aim to keep a small supply of items stocked up that can be given out directly to rough sleepers. This includes:
Around 80% of those we see are male so we require far fewer female items.
Currently we only require sleeping bags.
Donations of unopened and in date (e.g. not past use by date) food are welcomed.
Other useful items for our clients at the moment are:
-Bottles of water
-caps and sunglasses
As always, any financial donations we receive are gratefully received and help us to keep the centre running. We are not the type of organisation to usually push this method of donation over ones of physical items, however currently it is beneficial as it limits the need for people to travel and means we can purchase the specific items for our clients to meet needs that change frequently due to the current crisis.
Details can be found here
Please if possible contact us in advance to discuss if you have items rather than just turning up at the door as we may not be able to take everything you wish to give us due to the storage issues mentioned above.

We may also be able to advise of other organisations we work with that may be able to use items that we cannot.
