CatchingLives are seeking to employ a Project Worker to assist the Senior Project Worker and General Manager in delivery of a yearlong project in partnership with the Dept. of Work and Pensions. This is a varied, challenging and rewarding job that also involves working with a team of volunteer client workers and mentors. The ideal applicant should have a relevant, professional qualification in the health and social care field and have experience in assessment and liaison with both statutory and voluntary organisations. The post also requires good communication skills and the ability to use Word and Excel. However, we are willing to consider applicants with little or no experience if they can demonstrate the motivation and dedication that this role requires. The post is subject to Enhanced CRB checks as the successful applicant will be working closely alongside our clients, some of whom have complex support needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible, ideally immediately after the interview date.
To apply, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of the role description. On receiving and reading this you should submit a CV and covering letter (which should set out, in detail, why you should be shortlisted for interview) to the same email address.
Please note that all shortlisted candidates will be expected to visit the centre prior to interview to get a clear idea of the environment and requirements of the role.
