On Saturday 4th February the Kings Head pub in Wincheap held a Pie and Mash night in order to raise money for local homelessness charity Catching Lives.
The event was well attended and raised an amazing £320.14 which will be used to support the homeless individuals who access Catching Lives’ daycentre on Station Road East.
Catching Lives would like to say a big thank you to the King’s head, everyone who organised the event and of course to everyone who attended and contributed towards supporting our clients.
The picture below shows the event organiser Ann and the pub’s landlord Mark presenting the cheque to Catching Lives Trustee James Duff.
The pub is planning further events for Catching Lives so stay tuned to our website for updates.
