Eleven members of staff from Lee Evans Partnership, a firm of architects based in Canterbury, are cycling over 200 miles from London to Paris in July 2015 in aid of Catching Lives.
The journey will take them over 3 and a half days, beginning from their London office by Kings Cross Station and ending beneath the Eiffel Tower.
After a ferry crossing to France they will continue their journey, making use of the Avenue Verte disused railway south of Dieppe and well-surfaced forest paths through the outskirts of Paris, using the Bois de Boulogne, and arriving a mile from the Eiffel Tower before emerging onto the city streets.
The practice has already hosted a successful quiz night earlier this year raising close to £2,000 for Catching Lives. A number of staff will also be taking part in The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in September.
