On 20th September, the Rotary Club of Canterbury Sunrise Trust are holding a sponsored Sleep-out in the Precincts of Canterbury Cathedral. The event, organised by John Morgan, was inspired by a similar one in Australia. The idea is to get many local CEOs, Business and Community leaders involved to raise money and raise the profile of Catchinglives and Porchlight, another Kent based charity.
Those already committed include Colin Carmichael, Chief Executive of Canterbury City Council, the Right Reverend Trevor Willmott, Bishop of Dover and Canterbury Times reporter, Liz Crudgington. Spaces are limited so if you would like to get involved you can download the details below or visit the website www.rotarysleepout.org
You can also read what Liz Crudgington has to say about getting involved in the SleepOut here.
