Team Catching Lives is expanding, with recruitment to 4 posts.
These roles will enable us to deliver community-based support that helps people with the move from homelessness into housing, as well as strengthening our core day centre offer.
We're looking for:
Senior Project Worker £30,000pa
Tenancy Sustainment & Community Progression Coordinator £28,133pa
Engagement Worker £26,288pa
Project Worker (Sat-Weds) £26,288pa
For the Engagement Worker and Project Worker, we're interested in your transferable skills and qualities, so you don't need to have done the same type of job before (this might be one of your first jobs). We are looking for relevant experience from applicants to become Senior Project Worker or Tenancy Sustainment & Community Progression Coordinator, which might be experience from homelessness or other sectors, in charities or elsewhere.
Applicants need to show the essential experience and skills listed in the Person Specification. We don't ask for academic qualifications, and we value experience from both paid and voluntary work. We particularly encourage applications from people whose identities are currently under-represented in our team including men, Black and Asian people, LGBTQ+ people and people with lived experience of homelessness. Roles are full time, with the option to request a shorter working week as Engagement Worker. All posts are based at Catching Lives in Canterbury, with the Tenancy Sustainment & Community Progression Coordinator frequently making home visits across the region and spending time in the community.
Posts are subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks. Note that our DBS policy does not automatically exclude people with past offences.
