We’ve welcomed four new Board members, and appointed Natalie Archer & Fran Ellis as interim co-Chairs

It was the Catching Lives Annual General Meeting (AGM) this week. Thank you to everyone who came to hear about what we’ve been doing in the past year, and our plans for the future.

The event was an opportunity to say goodbye and thank you to Matt Reed and Jason Hanford, who stepped down as Chair and vice-Chair respectively. Catching Lives has appointed two existing trustees as interim co-Chairs. Co-Chair Fran Ellis is CEO of local domestic abuse charity Rising Sun and co-Chair Natalie Archer is Branch Manager of RSPCA Canterbury and District Branch. Phil Astell remains in post as Treasurer, along with trustees Jerry Hughes and Gülen Petty.

The Board appointed four new trustees at the AGM: Laura Johnson, James Miller, Ella O’Sullivan and Vicky Thorburn. We’re excited to welcome them into the charity, as well as looking forward to appointing another group of trustees in the new year.

Recruitment for the new Chair of Catching Lives is continuing with support from Reach Volunteering. For more information click here - deadline is 5 December.
