Catching Lives will be taking part in the Kent Charity Trek on Saturday 17 May, walking 25km to raise money for our charity. Team Catching Lives includes Chief Executive Tasmin Maitland and Fundraising Officer Georgia Jefferson.

The Kent Charity Trek is run by Kent Search and Rescue (which is a charity) and has been set up to raise money for Kent-based charities. Participants can trek 25km or 50km through the Kent countryside, starting either from the historic Fort Amhurst in Chatham (am) or from Whitehorse Country Park near Maidstone (pm).

If you want to take part, sign up via the Kent Charity Trek website and select Catching Lives as your cause. It costs £55 to enter and you can raise as much as you like! Please feel free to sign up or contact us if you have any further questions.

Tasmin Maitland, Chief Executive of Catching Lives, said: “This is a great opportunity to raise money for Catching Lives and help people experiencing homelessness in Canterbury and East Kent. We have our fingers crossed for good weather and a fun day walking in the countryside, all for a great cause.”

Georgia Jefferson, Fundraising Officer, said: “Come and join Team Catching Lives for the Kent Charity Trek. The more the merrier!”
